Big memory brands like Samsung and Micron are shifting production to DDR5, LPDDR5, and HBM. DDR4 output is on its way out, meaning there\u2019s far less new stock hitting the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That squeeze makes it tough for us to secure the reliable, top\u2011tier RAM you expect under the Gladiator brand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With supply drying up, DDR4 prices have surged, sometimes by as much as fifty per cent compared to earlier this year. That price hike pushes total system costs higher, and frankly, it dents value for both you and us. As the price of DDR4 sticks reach parity with DDR5 we don’t see any reason to keep on using it in our systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile DDR5 is becoming the norm:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
