Gladiator PC is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Social Media Ambassador. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving sales by promoting our products on social media and interacting with our customers.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, but most importantly the drive to learn and develop their skills.

You will be required to manage social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and more, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations.

You will predominantly work from home, however on occasions you will be required to come to head office, based in Manchester.

You will be required to: 

  • Create social media content in order to drive brand awareness and attract new customers. 
  • Interact with customers on social media to increase engagement. 
  • Support the sales team. 
  • Monitor customer feedback. 
  • Informing customers of our products.

To be considered, you must be/have: 

  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable) 
  • An overflowing passion for gaming, with a strong understanding of the gaming industry.

Gladiator PC is on the lookout for an experienced Production Supervisor who has a strong Electronic/PC Assembly background to start a full time, permanent role at our busy manufacturing company based in Manchester.

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for all activities on the shop floor, this is a hands-on role where you will supervise a team of 10 assembly technicians, distribute work accordingly, manage and motivate the team, deal with inductions, and sit in production meetings.

It's important to note that this is not an office-based role so you will be expected to perform some PC assembly work when needed along with some inspection duties.

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a production supervisor, a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly (it's more PC/electronic than mechanical). You also need to be confident dealing with teams and able to prioritise. Having a strong PC assembly background is essential.

This job is designed for a candidate with previous warehouse, Picker, Packer and/or PC building experience. The Mixed Role will suit somebody who wants variety in their career and have a real influence on how the department and wider company moves forward.

Working closely with the Operations Supervisor and the Systems Supervisor, you will be given great exposure to whole workings of the Company.

What you'll need to succeed as a Picker, Packer, System Builder

To successfully secure this job, you will need to have some warehouse and PC building experience. This is a busy company in a fast paced market and you will be expected to work to KPIs in order to assist the company in meeting its objectives and SLAs.

The successful candidate will be someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, a good communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy is a must for this position.

Ideally you will
  • Be passionate about a career within the IT industry and have a knowledge of technology, components and computers
  • Have previous warehouse experience
  • Have knowledge of Building/Repairing PCs
  • Feel comfortable with performance guidelines
  • Whilst experience is not necessary to apply for this position, good communication skills and the desire to achieve are essential.
