Your pricing is very competitive, will my system perform to the same standard as other more expensive suppliers?

We have worked hard to build relationships with manufacturers which allows us to pass on the preferential pricing we obtain to our customers.We only use brand new components sourced from official UK distribution with full manufacturer's warranty so you can rest assured that there is no cutting corners on quality.

You could carry out your own performance, benchmark testing and you will see that the performance of our system will be equal or better than the equivalent higher priced spec system.

Will my PC come with an operating system?

Most of our default systems specs come with Windows Home, there are some without for people who want to re use their transferable license. Remember to double check on your system specs before checking out.

How quickly can you get my system to me?

Most of our systems are custom built to your requirements. If all the components are in stock we aim to have this built, strenuously tested and dispatched within 7-10 working days on average. Please bear in mind that during busy periods (like Christmas) the build time may be slightly longer. You will be kept up to date throughout the build of your system via regular emails.

I need my system faster than 10 working days, what can you do?

We understand that sometimes you need to have your system quicker so we offer an Express Build service for a small fee. This means that your system will be built, strenuously tested and dispatched within 3 working days.

Please note that the Express Build service is not available for any Overclocked system, as these require additional testing.

What is a working day?

A working day is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding national holidays.

How can I pay?

We are happy to accept the majority of credit/debit cards.

We also accept Paypal, Bank Transfers and we offer finance on all of our systems.

I want to get some feedback and show my friends and family the system I have designed. How can I do this?

You can spec up the system that you want and save this as one of your quotes. You can save as many quotes as you like and you can also choose your own name to make it easier for you to find on your list.

You can also share your quotes by clicking the on the "My Quotes" tab at any time.

How can I keep up to date with my order status?

We will send you regular updates on the progress of your system. You can also log into your account at any time and see the status of your order.

Can I update my order after it has been submitted?

As long as your system has not started to be built you will be able to make changes. To do this you must contact our Customer Services team as soon as possible.

How long will it take for my system to be delivered once it has been dispatched?

Once dispatched, for majority of orders to the UK mainland, delivery will be next day, via DPD, with a 1 hour time slot. For any other queries relating to the delivery of your system please refer to our dedicated delivery information page.

What should I do if my system becomes faulty?

Firstly we want to apologise that your system is not working as it should. Sometimes even after the most rigorous of testing some components will go faulty from time to time.

If your system is still under warranty and not working as it should then you should contact our Customer Services team who will take you through some basic troubleshooting and will be able to advise on the next steps.
