If you choose a custom PC or have customised any system on our website, it will only be guaranteed for Christmas delivery (subject to parts availability) until: Midnight, 4th December 2024 After this time, we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas
Our express systems are no longer guaranteed for delivery pre-Christmas (Previously 3-5 working days). If you order an express system, we will build and deliver your PC after Christmas..
If you are looking for a Next Day system, our Next Day PCs are prebuilt and ready for dispatch up until Friday 20th December whilst stocks last.
We understand that when you're buying a gaming PC for Christmas, it might be several weeks before you actually plug it in and switch it on. We rigorously test all of our systems before they leave our warehouse but if, for any reason, you do need to return a system to us, we've extended our returns period for any systems bought between Friday 1st November and Friday 20th December. To claim the extended returns policy: You must have purchased your system between Friday 1st November and Friday 20th December. You must request the return between Wednesday 25th December 2024 and Friday 17th January 2025. Please note our office opening hours below. The product must be returned to us in its original packaging by Friday 31st January. Please note our office hours over the Christmas period. Our phones will not be attended on days when we are closed. Tickets can still be submitted online on days we are closed, but they will not receive a response until we are open again.
