Storage drives included with your Gladiator device will not be covered by your warranty if their use from the date of delivery of your Gladiator PC exceeds the TBW value of the drive, pro-rata. This will be deemed to be unreasonable use of storage.
For example, if your storage drive has a 4-year warranty and a warrantied TBW (terabytes written) limit of 1200TB, and a warranty claim is made 2 months after the date of delivery, the actual TBW after 2 months must not exceed 50TB (1200TB, divided by the 4 year warranty, multiplied by 2 months since the date of delivery).
Velo Systems Ltd reserve the right to reject a warranty claim if they suspect unreasonable use of storage. Velo Systems Ltd reserve the right to reject a warranty claim and/or charge the customer for non-warranty services if they find evidence of unreasonable use during testing and inspection.
